All items are sent in plain packaging with no reference to The Pink Shop or other identifiable references. Your payment will show on Paypal or your Credit Card statement as 'Thorne Antiques & Collectables' which is the name of our Company.

Shipping & Handling

 We are located in the United Kingdom and usually ship either the same day or next working day after payment is received. We send all domestic items via either Royal Mail Insured/Recorded Delivery or by Courier for your security. You will usually receive your order within 2-5 working days of the order being placed, should you require your item/s in a special hurry please let us know and we will do everything in our power to meet your deadline!

We believe in a Fair Postage Price and to acheive this we have elected to set the UK delivery cost at a flat rate of £3.95 on orders up to £75 and Free UK delivery on orders over £75.

Europe, Australia, USA, Canada and the rest of the world are all calculated by weight and this is done automatically as products are added to your basket. We have negotiated very favourable International rates from our Courier and we beleive that we offer some of the lowest Worldwide Shipping prices available in the UK.
